How do I book the band for a wedding?

   Give us a call or email.  Remember the band gets booked many months in advance, call early.  We have played weddings and large corporate events for over a decade.  In certain seasons we can be completely booked. 


We are on a budget, will you work with us?

  Of course.  We have many customized packages of music that fit all occasions and needs.


What happens next if we decide to book the band?

  Our booking manager will speak to you at length regarding the entire event and the venue and a standard contract is sent to you.  We tailor the contract to your needs exactly.  A deposit is required to reserve the band


How do we figure out what music to have?

  Our leaders are very experienced in wedding format and will work with you to figure out your preferences, what will work well, and make sure the event is great


Are you insured?

   Yes. Many venues/caterers require musicians and bands to carry liability insurance.  We provide documentation on request directly to you or the venue.


Can we choose our own tunes and dances?

  Absolutely.  We often will provide ideas for first dances, and special music.  We generally request this is done prior to one month of the booking.


What happens in the months before the event?

   We know you have much to do.

 We will contact you intermittently to make sure all is well, but we are busy adding new tunes in our book, speaking to your venue or wedding planner, and making sure we are ready for your special day.
